PATIENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Amylin is committed to assisting patients with diabetes in accessing coverage for its products. In support of this commitment, the Amylin Patient Assistance Program was established to provide temporary assistance to low income patients who do not have or do not qualify for, public or private insurance coverage for prescription drugs. To be eligible for the program, patients must meet residency, income, diagnosis and prescription drug insurance criteria. Eligible patients must reapply after six months. Please contact the Amylin Patient Assistance Program for more information and assistance in determining eligibility.
All of our products are covered by this program.

We participate in the “Partnership for Prescription Assistance” program. If you need help paying for medicine, call 1-88-4PPA-NOW (1-88-477-2669) or visit www.pparx.org.

Millions of people without prescription coverage have already received their medicines free or nearly free. But many more can use some help. That’s why we are working together with healthcare providers and community groups to make getting medicine easier.
